Elementary Trainer:  The ideal candidate has a background in Elementary Education and has experience working with students in need of intervention. S/he is comfortable teaching math, reading and phonics to students in grades K-6. The candidate must be enthusiastic and a patient self-starter who wants to help students become independent learners.

Math Trainer:  The ideal candidate is comfortable with all levels of math (from middle school to Calculus), is capable of explaining mathematical concepts to struggling students, and can help diagnose earlier areas of misunderstanding that impact the student's current abilities in math.

Science Trainer: We are currently seeking candidates for all levels of science, especially Physics and Chemistry. The ideal candidate has a firm foundation in the content knowledge of these subjects and can clearly explain and teach these ideas to a struggling student.

ACT Instructor: The ideal candidate is comfortable with all four sections of the ACT and the strategies necessary to excel on the test. Our instructors should be capable of explaining the contact in a variety of ways, so students of all levels can understand. Being able to quickly identify specific areas for each student to focus on is a must. Experience with SAT is also preferred.
